Full and something was missing again, is nothing new!

It would be nice if a third of the order wasn't always missing ... From that, good service, friendly staff. Even if unfortunately with not always sufficient knowledge of German.

Just been there ... unfortunately very disappointed ... happy meal forgot the nuggets and the wrong toy .. with my wife 9ner nuggets 6 only in it ... Question ... nuggets all ??? For me ... mc rip without sauce and without onion ... dry matter ... I also had the big hash brown ... I eat it every year when it's there ... unfortunately without sauce and only a small half slice of bacon ... Apparently the nuggets and sauces weren't day today🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Just McDonald's. Staff friendlier than in other branches.

A disaster on Mc-Drive since the lockdown. Long line of cars far into the public street. Not only on weekdays but during the week and no matter what day of the week.

Currently only pick-up possible, access only for 4 people at the same time! So bring your time!

Absolutely incompetent staff. Wrong amounts of money are mentioned and then discussed. Nobody understands you because hardly anyone speaks the German language. Sad what happened to the branches !!

The quality, especially in the mccafe area, has clearly deteriorated. I got a caffe latte again, oh no But the price still stayed.

The MCdrive can't do anything. I ordered a menu and only got the burger without fries and that wasn't the first time that everything wasn't right. It can't be that difficult.

The food is okay for a McDonalds, the location is like a train station or slaughterhouse. It's cool, not just in terms of the interior and quite loud. I found it to be much more comfortable a few years ago.

The food was good but the rest wasn't. In front of the entrance there is only a sign that the McDrive has opened. There is no indication on the restaurant door itself that the restaurant is closed. Then I went in with a colleague through the side entrance and was immediately referred to the restaurant (with the note that only the drive was open). The staff then spoke to us in Stasi style. Speak very decisively and absolutely unfriendly! I'm from East Westphalia, so I'm really used to unfriendly people, but that was really the tip of the iceberg. Also, when I gave the hint that you could at least put a sign on the front door, they countered me very unfriendly and only said that something was written there. I said no there is nothing. Then really didn't feel like discussing anymore, really sad that this is the only Maces branch in the zone that is open at night. I would rather go hungry next time than do it all over again!

Quality works like this. It's just McD. When receiving the order, the content should be checked immediately. Doesn't always fit.

When placing an order, at the moment when it was necessary to pay for the order, a woman came (most likely an administrator) and said that you need to write down your data. I explained to her that I was now making the payment for the order, but she insisted that I need to sign up NOW. I repeated to her that as soon as the order was paid, I would do everything. By her actions, she did not give the opportunity to concentrate on payment, to do it quickly, and also this cheeky tone😡

Get the smallest MC Flurry ever. Served in a paper cup, not stirred and to be eaten from a wooden spoon. I don't want to ever again :-(
